National Supported Employment Week was launched earlier this month by IASE (Irish Association for Supported Employment). Job Shadow Day - Wednesday 22nd April - is the highlight of the week and will see hundreds of people take the opportunity to shadow a workplace mentor as he or she goes about their working day. This year, IASE is asking everyone to join in the conversation on social media by tweeting a workplace selfie under the hashtag #workie, making a 60 second video explaining why you support Job Shadow Day or by nominating a company you know to get involved under the hashtag #JSnominate (@IASEemployment).

We provide a range of day, educational, residential and respite services for over 850 children and adults with intellectual disability in North Kildare and South West Dublin. Our services include the services formerly known as Kildare Services and Menni Services.
We are part of Saint John of God Community Services Ltd, a group of HSE-funded health and social care services operated by Saint John of God Hospitaller Ministries in Ireland.
